- Wide access to university students with a range of professional profiles in the field of healthcare.
Four organisations will be included that will complement each other in the project aimed at improving communication skills training for healthcare professionals.

The Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Alicante is an Institution of Higher Education that offers several programs of undergraduate studies, Nursing and Human Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as postgraduate and doctoral programs.
The researchers involved in this project are active members of two research groups in the University of Alicante Faculty of Health Sciences: the Person-Centred Care and Innovation in Health Outcomes group and the Psychology applied to Human Health and Behaviour group.
They have extensive research experience in developing and validating assessment tools and in addressing non-technical skills and the therapeutic relationship in complex clinical contexts such as end-of-life care, chronicity and mental health.

Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care (ABFHC) is an independent higher education institution established by the Municipality of Jesenice. It offers undergraduate study program Nursing and Physiotheraphy, postgraduate master programs Nursing and Health promotion and postgraduate PhD program Health care sciences. ABFHC has experiences with leading individual WPs in the international projects and as a leader of the international and national projects.
They are currently strategic partners in the Erasmus+ EBP e-Toolkit project, which focuses on education for future healthcare professionals at European level with the aim of training more competent professionals in order to improve clinical decision-making through learning methodologies based on digital media.
